Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 24 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, email us at sales@nalave.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide detailed return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10-20 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products, perishable goods, and personal care items. Please check the product description for details on return eligibility.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at sales@nalave.com.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

Refund Notification

Once your refund is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow a few days for the refund to reflect in your account.
